Madeira International Fireworks Contest

Integrated in the Festival do Atlântico that takes place every year, during the month of June, is the Madeira International Fireworks Contest.
In the contest take place 4 piromusical displays presented on Saturdays night, where 4 different countries compete for the trophy attributed by a jury of 9 elements. The trophy Pérola do Atlântico, prize attributed by public choice through Internet, boxes put in places distributed in the city or by post (whose coupons are distributed on Sunday in the newspapers of larger circulation in the area)

YOU CAN LISTEN THE MUSIC OF EACH SHOW TROUGH THE LOCAL RADIO "ANTENA 1 - RDP MADEIRA"

The Best place to watch the pyromusical shows it´s in the Avenida do Mar  e das Comunidades Madeirenses , between the square Sá Carneiro and the Square of the Autonomia, but, if you don’t can go to down town to see an hear the music of  the pyromusical shows you can listening the music trough the local radio "ANTENA 1- RDP MADEIRA".
